Summary
Hollywood style shooting in the mountains of Georgia, winter drifting and a girl in trouble. We filmed in the mountains of 2000 meters altitude with a temperature of -25 degrees and got a weather day! It was pretty large-scale shooting: two cars, stuntman, snowplows, hexacopter, cameras…
Process
We continued the story of a reliable lifeguard with Hollywood scope; but now our James Bond pulled a girl out of trouble. With the help of a drone, it was possible to implement the Dolly Zoom camera technique, which was first used by Hitchcock in the 1959 film Vertigo.
Interesting facts
We arrived on the set and saw that all the snow had melted in a day. We reorganized everything as quickly as possible and removed it later, managing to do it on time. Maximum realism: everything that happens on the set really happened — from snow traps to wild ice. The tires had to be transported across the border — there weren’t the necessary size tires on the territory of Georgia. At the border, we’ve been frisked by services for contraband in tires; they couldn’t believe that we were a film crew :)
